I am planning a trip to Mexico again this winter.  I will "design" an even more interesting trip than before.  

Right now there is not much to say about it.  I will land in Cancun, then leave the same day, and arrive, by bus, at a more interesting location, TBA.  I will study Spanish, but maybe just for a week.  I will visit small, out-of-the-way places.  You will be able to read about it and see some photos, starting December 2006 at Dougs-Travels.com. 

One of the things I have to do is choose a guide book, and a map.  I will review my findings at Dougs-Book-Review.com

I have a lot on the go!

• Already started: Dougs Travels. This is a chronicle of the exciting and fascinating trips I have been on. Right now, there is just a little bit of material, from emails I sent to friends on previous trips. This will be edited and expanded over time. And new material will be added from the road on future trips of course!
• Already started: doug's book review. I read quite a bit, and I love books, so I may as well share what I've read, you might get some good ideas. Of course you can leave your comments about the books I've read - you can agree or not .
• Coming soon: a site about food and air-borne allergies. I've been living with allergies for many years. It was hard at first, but I've learned a lot along the way, and I would like to share as much of that as possible with those who need to know. This includes people with allergies, people who might think they have allergies, people who know people with allergies, restaurant owners who care about their allergy-suffering patrons, to name a few.
• Other bigger projects that I am not yet ready to disclose publicly! They will be big, they will be wonderful, you will hear about them here first so stay tuned!
